Project Details The above time-lapse video shows the ground breaking progress and construction of a new Longboat Key landmark, Aria. This artfully designed condo project was started a few months ago and you can see the progression and meticulous nature of its overall design come together. Our crew primed and painted the exterior of this massive condominium project over the course of a few days and we’ve begun interior work for the individual units. The first phase of the condo unit painting and finishing was started with the exterior ceiling panels. We used the finest clear coat finish to highlight the grain and natural colors of the Cypress wood. We cannot wait to show you the next phase of this amazing project.
