This property is nestled along the beautiful beachfront of Manasota Key FL, and was completed spring of 2012.

This particular home was custom built for discerning clients who wanted a home with that old Florida charm, but with all the modern trimmings. The exterior of the home has Hardie-Board siding, with stained cypress ceilings, trellis, and garage doors. We finish these exterior elements with a semi-transparent rich mahogany stain and marine grade spar urethane with UV inhibitor. The finishes are ideal for the harsh coastal environment where the air is filled with particles of salt and sand. This home Defines custom finishes.
